Event Catering

Let us look after your event catering and impress your guests with our bespoke catering service.  We can provide a fully staffed service or our DIY service for all party sizes. DIY hog and lamb roasts can be dropped off or collected and ready to serve either as the whole roast or shredded up, ready to put into rolls with sauce (both can be included). Our DIY service is ideal for smaller parties and venues.

Salads, cold meat platters and desserts can also be added to your package when booking.

 

We can provide hot or cold food and drinks for any event including:

  • Corporate Events & Hospitality

  • BBQs

We will cater for all allergy and dietary requirements, just let us know when enquiring.

Street Food and Food Festivals

We attend many food festivals, street food events, weddings and parties across surrounding counties. Our hog roasts, handmade sausages and burgers are always on the menu.  As well as having various topping combinations, the range of sausage and burger flavours also vary.

We are in a prime position to be able to offer this at your event and because we freshly prepare all our products, we can tailer our menu to each individual event. The pigs and lambs are slow roasted overnight before the event and all our sausages and burgers are cooked fresh on site.

Selling Our Cold Produce

Farmer Lou initially began with the sale of Lou's handmade sausages at craft and food festivals and has since grown into a Farm Shop and catering business.

​

We still continue to take our cold stand to food festivals and markets surrounding us. As well as sausages, we now take a large range of our home reared produce out with us so even if you aren't local to our shop, we may well be at a market in Rutland, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.
