Our Farm diary

Harvest is well and truly behind us now, we harvested our maize harvest is done and all our land has been cultivated ready for next years crop. The weather and world events continue to put pressure on our prices, wheat is extremely volatile due to the ongoing conflict with Ukraine and Russia, fertliser prices and fuel prices are increasing and yields are decreasing due to the drought. We continue to feed our cattle on silage stocks supposed to be for the winter as we have no grass to speak of. Typical farmer talk.. next year we will probably moan it's too wet. Thanks for now
